This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using My Flowlist, you agree to follow these rules. If you break them, we may remove content, suspend, or terminate your account.
You must not misuse the Service
In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
- Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party (including uploading or generating content you don't have the rights to).
- Upload, distribute, or link to malware, viruses, or any other malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
- Probe, scan, penetration-test, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, other users' accounts, or any connected third-party services (including Apple Music).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs without our prior written permission.
- Use automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access the Service in a way that degrades performance or circumvents rate limits or technical restrictions.
Consequences
We may investigate suspected breaches and, at our discretion, remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these rules — including immediately and without notice where the breach is serious, repeated, or poses a security or legal risk.
