Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 April 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using myflowlist.app ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What My Flowlist does
My Flowlist is a tool that connects to your Spotify account and sequences tracks from your library into energy-curated playlists ("Flowlists") for different occasions. We don't host or stream music — playback happens inside Spotify.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person per account; don't share your login.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@myflowlist.app.
4. Spotify
The Service relies on Spotify and the Spotify Web API. Your use of Spotify is governed by Spotify's own Terms. Spotify Premium is recommended; the Service may not work as intended on Spotify Free due to shuffle and ad behaviour. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Spotify.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Founding-member pricing applies for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the Flowlists you create. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and display them back to you so the Service works.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it running, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — Spotify API changes, outages, or maintenance may temporarily affect functionality.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Flowlist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
