Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026

1. Agreement

myflowlist.app ("the Service") is operated by My Flow Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17289976). In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to My Flow Limited. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What My Flowlist does

My Flowlist is a tool that connects to your Apple Music account and sequences tracks from your library into energy-curated playlists ("Flowlists") for different occasions. We don't host or stream music — playback happens inside Apple Music.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One person per account; don't share your login.
  • You can delete your account at any time from My account → Danger zone inside the app, or by emailing support@myflowlist.app.

4. Music services

The Service relies on Apple Music. Your use of Apple Music is governed by Apple's Media Services Terms. An active Apple Music subscription is required for full playback. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Founding-member pricing applies for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

The My Flowlist iOS app is free to download. All paid subscriptions are processed through our website, myflowlist.app, by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. If you tap an upgrade button inside the iOS app, it will open the web checkout so you can complete your subscription on the same account. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
  • Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications, or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party (including uploading or generating content you don't have the rights to).
  • Upload, distribute, or link to malware, viruses, or any other malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
  • Probe, scan, penetration-test, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, other users' accounts, or any connected third-party services (including Apple Music).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs without our prior written permission.
  • Use automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access the Service in a way that degrades performance or circumvents rate limits or technical restrictions.

We may investigate suspected breaches and, at our discretion, remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these rules — including immediately and without notice where the breach is serious, repeated, or poses a security or legal risk.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the Flowlists you create. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and display them back to you so the Service works.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it running, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — Apple Music API changes, outages, or maintenance may temporarily affect functionality.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Flowlist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
