Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

My Flowlist (operated by My Flow Limited, company number 17289976) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription and one-time purchases. If you're not happy with My Flowlist for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payments provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout — you'll find your order and a refund option there.
  • Email us at hello@myflowlist.app with your order email and we'll arrange the refund for you.

Refunds are usually returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day window, refunds aren't guaranteed but we'll always consider reasonable requests — email hello@myflowlist.app and we'll do our best to help. Statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law are unaffected.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling on its own doesn't trigger a refund — if you also want a refund for the most recent charge, request one as above within 30 days.
